Summer Pizza

Pizza has a special place in my heart. I eat it when I'm in a rush on a busy day, stressed out studying for finals, or just feeling too lazy to cook. However I recently started Kayla Itsine's Bikini Body Guide. I'm trying to quickly get in great shape so I can feel confident while strolling the beaches of Mexico. But getting in shape does not mean you have to stop eating pizza! I made this delicious yet healthy summer pizza full of fresh ingredients.

To start, you will need:

  • A handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Handful of fresh basil
  • 4 oz of goat cheese
  • Pinch of red chili flakes (to your liking)
  • Two tablespoons of pizza sauce
  • Store bought pizza crust (or homemade if you wish)
  • One cob of corn
  • Trader Joe's balsamic glaze

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Begin by covering your crust in the pizza sauce and sprinkle red chili flakes on top. Next, you want to slice your tomatoes and throw them on top, along with the corn and mozzarella cheese. Throw that in the preheated oven for five minutes. After mozzarella looks a bit melty, spoon heaps of goat cheese on top of the pizza. Let that bake for another 5-10 minutes, checking crust to make sure it does not burn.

Once it is all done, take out your pizza and sprinkle chopped basil all over. The final, and best step, is to drizzle balsamic glaze all over the pizza. Let cool, and enjoy!!

Cut those carbs, girl!!
